What has our founder been up to this week?!
It's been a full week since the pre-launch of StackCat Content and I'm very excited to provide my first building-in-public update. Here are all the juicy things that moved the needle this week: 1. I spent a half-day on Tuesday and Wednesday in Hannah Shamji's epic customer interview workshop. Hannah proposed a clear framework for digging into the meat of customer decision-making, and it flipped my approach on its head. She completely changed my framework for interviewing and I'm totally geeked to bring the ideology to StackCat's ICP interviews AND case study interviews themselves. 2. Stacy Corneau and I had our bi-weekly call, focusing extensively on developing my launch strategy. Unsurprisingly, the need for patience was the takeaway. My initial launch strategy was to, well... launch it! But we dug into hype-building and some of the foundational pieces that need to be in place before we launch full-steam. We also identified some goals and commitments for the growth of this biz. 3. My last month has been dedicated to ICP research, and this week I booked a couple more research calls. Customer research has been BY FAR the best thing I've done for my business and I couldn't be more thankful for the Heads of Marketing & Customer Success willing to participate in a quick call with me. (If you're one of those and would like a complimentary content/case study audit in exchange for 15 minutes of your time... let me know!) 4. Bryce Thomas and I sent off the deliverables for our first StackCat video case study. I was unbelievably nervous, but now we've entered a super productive feedback round & both me and the client are feeling jazzed. 5. My big focus this week is... uh... focus. I can be a bit squirrelie, so I'm developing some strategies that allow me to really get sh*t done. Apparently checking my email and LinkedIn every time I blink is not an effective, long-term approach. 🧡💜 I'm Em, the founder of StackCat Content, and I couldn't be more grateful for the outpouring of support I've received this week. I'm really excited to continue sharing this biz with you all.

Now that's a good point.
Case study tip of the day: If writing case studies makes you want to claw your eyes out, pay someone else to do it. 🧡💜 Bahahahahaha I'm Em. I own StackCat Content. We do that.
