Last week, I had the privilege of privately attending the GVA - Gesamtverband Autoteile-Handel e.V. annual conference in Hanover, Germany. It was an excellent opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, and reflect on the importance of organizations like GVA. The GVA plays a crucial role in representing the interests of the independent automotive aftermarket, ensuring fair access to data and information for workshops and service providers. This is key to fostering a competitive landscape that ultimately benefits customers—those who rely on their vehicles every day. What stood out to me during the conference were the forward-looking discussions about how the aftermarket can meet evolving customer needs by staying close to them—both geographically and through tailored services. A focus on accessibility, transparency, and customer satisfaction is what drives progress in this sector. Thank you to Gesamtverband Autoteile-Handel e.V. for organizing such an insightful event. It’s inspiring to see how collaboration across different stakeholders can strengthen the entire industry. #AutomotiveAftermarket #CustomerFocus #Collaboration #Gesamtverband Autoteile-Handel e.V.
