Why does Zomato order value growth is 4% less compared to swiggy
Nidhi The only reason I feel Swiggy is leading in terms of revenue is that there is a lot of negative publicity about Zomato on the internet. In the long run, Swiggy will lead the food delivery business, and Blinkit will lead the Grocery business.

2wLet’s not just look at the revenue but also at the profit being made here. While Zomato continues to make solid profit YoY Swiggy is constantly facing losses every year. However, Swiggy was successful in cutting cost to bring down losses by 44% in FY24 to 2.2k Cr as compared to Net profit of 351 Cr by Zomato, but it’s still the gap seems to be too big to fill.
