#Trust and #Respect in #Leadership: Reflections from an Inspiring Meeting 🥰💖 I recently had the privilege of meeting with Agnes Heftberger - the Corporate Vice President and CEO of #Microsoft in Germany. Our shared journey, beginning at #IBM and leading us to our current leadership roles, highlighted the crucial importance of #trust and #respect in effective #leadership. 👁️🐝Ⓜ️ Our time at #IBM not only strengthened our professional skills but also deeply ingrained core values that guide us today. During our discussion, Agnes and I explored how these principles have shaped our approaches to #leadership. For Agnes, fostering a #trusting #environment is paramount. She is dedicated to creating a space where employees feel secure to share their ideas and concerns openly. In her view, #trust means ensuring that every team member knows their contributions are valued and taken seriously. I shared my perspective on #respect as the cornerstone of a harmonious and productive work environment.
