In a recent grievance meeting, a C-Level leader seemed angry that I had contacted the union, saying that "WE COULD HAVE HANDLED THIS INTERNALLY!". They only cared about how the events would impact them and had no interest in conflict resolution at all. It honestly felt as though I was working in a victorian workhouse, further confirmed by the PIP two weeks later and 1 week after starting legal proceedings. Employees are the weakest link in a business achieving full inclusion. If you are happy to stand back and allow retribution and harassment, then you'll need to face the consequences of your actions. #Management #Leadership #Technology #Humanresources
