This trend risks a talent drain as APNs might move to states with more progressive practice environments. 🔄 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 → 46% for LPNs → 26% for RNs → 24% for APNs signify a robust demand for nursing professionals in New Jersey. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘕 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘵 22.5%, 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘧 21.7% 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘴.
