The latest New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing (NJCCN) Workforce Supply report reveals critical insights into New Jersey's nursing sector. 👩⚕️ 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 → 6% of RNs → 4% of LPNs → 3% of APNs plan to retire within the next two years, outpacing the supply of new graduates. 🚀 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 25% of APNs hold licenses in neighboring states, where modernized legislation offers full-practice authority. This trend risks a talent drain as APNs might move to states with more progressive practice environments. 🔄 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 → 46% for LPNs → 26% for RNs → 24% for APNs signify a robust demand for nursing professionals in New Jersey.
