A useful report for early careers recruiters. The stats are strongly showing money and work-life balance are the highest priorities for those early on in their careers. Percentages are lower for those looking to move on from their employers than in previous years too. Whilst career progression and development are still high on the list of priorities, it does seem as though the weight has shifted more towards favoring security and comfort over career advancement at the moment. #earlycareers #graduatejobs
