It's halfway through National Careers Week! This year we are encouraging all our staff at GSTT to take 15 minutes to do something that will contribute towards their career development or that of others. It's easy to let our career development take a back seat when things are busy (and when are they not in the NHS?!) so breaking this in to bite sized steps can be a more manageable way to support this.
