Following our Vital Pursuit and #GLP1 news last month, I wanted to share another exciting launch from a different part of our business: Nestlé Health Science. The team has launched a new website that offers wide-ranging support for consumers on a weight loss journey and those using weight loss medications like #Ozempic and Wegovy. Why does that matter to us? 1. We’re committed to the #nutrition big picture: During a period of weight loss, the need for nutrition is not going away; it is shifting. We want to take an active role to help consumers navigate that shift. Weight isn’t the only consideration – For instance, people on GLP-1 therapy with reduced appetites need to ensure they’re getting the right micro and macro-nutrients and preserving lean muscle mass. Vital Proteins, Orgain, and Boost address protein needs with diverse sources and price points. Brands like Pure, Solgar, Garden of Life, and Nature’s Bounty deliver vitamins and minerals, fiber, probiotics, and more to fill any gaps and help mitigate issues such as GI discomfort. 2. We can make scientific expertise more accessible: Much of the opportunity ahead comes from a true understanding of both consumer needs AND the science behind their diets. Nutrition guidance can be confusing and tough to personalize – we can make expertise more accessible by helping consumers tap credible experts and by helping them bundle the right solutions for their personal needs. 3. We take action to support consumers: Our ambition is for Nestlé to be a true, trusted partner for consumers. Our brands have helped us build credible relationships with healthcare professionals, who are key to support GLP-1 patients as they navigate nutritional challenges. By bringing brands together for a more holistic service and personalized support, we believe we can deepen our relationship and support consumers as they work towards their goals. We look forward to continuing to develop our tools to empower consumers, whether that’s on healthy lifestyles and nutrition, culinary expertise, or affordable meal planning, and we’ll continue to offer more options for GLP-1 users like www.glp-1nutrition.com. https://lnkd.in/dbKNX2-i
So I just heard that we are now deriving the cocaine from the coco bean. Chocolate one of the besnd understand, even liked, coffee. Stimulant, directive, and an afredijiac. So they advance the senses. It comes from Panama. I have quite a few growing in my yards. Dried delicious with cocoa bean. Now try a coco bean of a palm tree. Small like a red and some yellow speckled, but fall of that small. Don't flurish to a coconut. Then a yellow pod from a tree branch, looks like little eggs. Then the ground coffee bean. We want to know knowledge to empower us. Society can be successful. Adkins was the greatest life long diet I live for and by. Mwd3csense, I could do it well, willpower is a mother Tucker.
You educate us and we can do it. But the wording, ignorantly, sometimes we have our 3 year old read it before us to explain. The Biochemistry major comes after the hygiene preschool season or lesson.
Nestle's has some great people that strive to keep that competitive edge. Can't go wrong with the right message!
Are all your factories in Russia still open and the 7,500 Russians still employed?
We have spoken over many years what 'Good Food, Good Life' really means and so great to see this nutrition traction. Very proud!
Excellent work and much needed
Congratulations to the team! It’s a fantastic initiative and a testament to everyone's hard work. The focus on comprehensive nutritional support during weight loss is crucial and can make a big difference for many. As we move forward, let's keep innovating and refining our approaches, ensuring we stay ahead in providing valuable support to consumers. Great job!
