Senior citizens not retiring and maintaining business power is a fascinating concern impacting the labor market. While it is important to allow people with experience to continue to contribute to a company's success, we are now beginning to see stagnation. Specifically, younger people (50s and below) can no longer move up the corporate ladder because there is no space for them to move into.
