Sad ! The vicious cycle can only be broken when employer takes cognizance of such excessive measures on one hand and on another hand employee’s family also relieves the stress by supporting the employee in taking the required measures including the drastic ones to alleviate the unhealthy pressures. #stressatwork #psychologicalwellbeing #worklifebalance

A heartbreaking tragedy that reflects the immense pressure many face in today's work environment. Tarun Saxena, a 42-year-old area manager Bajaj Finserv, took his own life after relentless pressure to meet impossible targets. In his note, he revealed the toll it took on his mental health and his fears of losing his job. This tragedy raises an urgent question: At what cost are we pushing people to meet unrealistic goals? Mental health and humanity must come first. Tarun leaves behind his wife, two young children, and grieving parents. No job should ever push someone to this point. Let this serve as a reminder to prioritize compassion over numbers in the workplace. P.S. This is the third such incident in the last 30 days. It’s time we wake up and address the devastating impact of workplace pressure on mental health. No target or job is worth a life. Let’s prioritize well-being over endless deadlines before it’s too late. #MentalHealthMatters #CompassionInTheWorkplace #WorkplaceWellbeing

Not at all a valid point. What he left behind. There must be dependents what he gave them.. What will his family do.. His wife his kids.. A person has to think of the family. In such pressure. What will they do.. If he is helpless and cannot leave the job.. Learn ways to be happy in the situation or shed load... Not depression or suicide. This is what is yo. Live life.. Still. If you feel u can't.. Then rather than killing self.. Leave the job. This is a self. Mental weakness. ....
