Why is change so hard for people to deal with? What are the most important strategies we need to use in order to handle change? In the latest episode of the Changing Minds Podcast, I go into the complexities of handling change in both our personal and professional lives. Here is a clip! To me, the real trick is to build what I call “Change Confidence” Once you can feel confident because you’re focused on your potential vs capability, you’ll never struggle with change again. Change isn't just something to manage; it's an opportunity to thrive and grow. Recently I came across Rob Dial's podcast, The Mindset Mentor. He delves deep into managing thoughts and emotions. The podcast is about anyone looking for motivation, direction, and focus in life. One thing that I liked a lot was that it blends neurology, neurobiology, and psychology. That is something that sparks my interest, as it explains a lot on how we function and navigate our daily lives. I recommend it to all who would like to learn how to relieve daily stress, or how to have better control of your mind. There's much more, I am excited to explore it further. 🎙️ New Episode Alert! In this week’s Conversations with Delpha and Naomi, we dive deep into the power of how we respond versus react to others’ energy. 🤯 In this episode, we broke down the difference between being a reactor (mirroring the energy you receive) and a responder (consciously choosing how to engage). 🧠✨ It’s a fascinating shift that changes everything—especially how we show up in difficult or intense situations! When we become aware of this dynamic, we can consciously choose to respond, rather than react. How cool is that? 😎 Want to learn more about how mastering your response can change the way you interact with the world? 🔑 Go listen to the latest episode! 👉 Tap the link in bio to listen! #ConversationsWithDelphaAndNaomi #Podcast #RespondVsReact #MindfulLiving #EnergyShift #Neuroscience #PersonalGrowth #ConsciousChoices #SelfAwareness #PodcastLife #Transformation #Empowerment

Self-compassion 💗 In this week’s episode of the Essential Self-Care podcast, we explored attachment styles. Dr. Diane Malaspina shared how our attachment styles (avoidant, anxious, disorganized, or secure) stem from subconscious patterns in childhood. Identifying your attachment style (or that of your caregivers) is simply a framework for understanding yourself better. Let go of judgement of yourself, and rather see this is a way of understanding your interpersonal neurobiology so that you can live as authentically as possible. ✅ Tune into the full episode to learn more (on your favorite podcast platform or use the link below 👇 ) https://lnkd.in/gPFurQZC P.S.
