I love that term Change Confidence Owen Fitzpatrick, it's a powerful phrase to lead people through a change process. Change is a constant in life and business, and sometimes that change happens naturally, sometimes it's forced, and this is a great mechanism to support people through the uncertainty you talk about.
Love the concept of 'Change Confidence,' especially the focus on potential versus capability! This perspective truly reframes the challenge of change as a path to growth. Could you share a tip for professionals looking to cultivate 'Change Confidence' in their workplace?

8moXimena Duarte Thanks Xime. Absolutely. The more we think strategically and plan for different scenarios the easier it is to be change confident. You become ready for what’s likely to happen. The other thing is to focus on what you can control… what is something that won’t change regardless of what happens. That also helps you to know that everything is going to be okay.
