Welcome to EPISODE 10 of Maggie's Minute: Tips for Building Better Business Relationships in Under 60 Seconds. We made it to ten episodes! Thanks for sharing some of your minutes with me. Today we are going to talk about the honest truth when it comes to building business relationships: You're not going to be everyone's cup of tea. Not everyone will be your biggest fan- and you know what? That's perfectly okay. Focusing on building genuine connections with those who appreciate your unique approach is a key component to business success. That's what we are talking to in today's #MaggiesMinute. Share your experiences with this in the comments below! I love hearing from you. Thanks for all of your support and helping me get to 10 episodes. I truly enjoy learning from your shared feedback and experiences. Stay tuned for more Maggie's Minutes next Wednesday! #BusinessDevelopment #BusinessDevelopmentTips #FosteringRelationships #BeYourself
Love this! I feel the same way. Your people will find you. Not everyone is meant to work together. Sometimes it’s just not a good fit, and that’s ok!
Very true! I don't like everyone so I don't expect everyone to like me and I'm okay with that.
One of my favorite Maggie's Minute! I have been telling my kids the same thing, staying true to you is way more important then being everyone's cup of tea!
Such great advice! Quality connections over quantity!

4moThis applies to everyone except Paul Rudd. You ultimately want to find people that are aligned with you anyway. Everyone has had a client that stressed them out and that's mainly because there wasn't a good fit. It's fine to say no to people who you don't connect with.
