WOW! Just finished moderating the panel called "This is How AI is Transforming Talent Management and Talent Acquisition". Here are a few nuggets from our esteemed panelists: • Tracy St.Dic, Global Head of Talent at Zapier • Wendy Hirsch, VP People Analytics at EATON • Sai P., Director - Global HR Technology at EATON • Diana Blancone, Chief People & Talent Officer at Omnicom Media Group • Amy Reichanadter, Chief People Officer at Databricks Dos and Don’ts for Implementing AI in HR Dos 😃 : Start Small: Pilot AI with a smaller group to refine before scaling. Keep Humans in the Loop: Use AI for analysis and recommendations but let humans make decisions. Be Transparent: Share how AI is used and ensure it supports, not replaces, human judgment. Collaborate: Partner with IT, Legal, and Data Privacy to address compliance and security. Enhance Experience: Leverage AI to improve candidate and employee engagement, e.g., personalized outreach or internal mobility recommendations. Don’ts 😩 Don’t Rush: Avoid deploying AI without careful testing. Focus on ethical use over speed. Don’t Overload Tools: Ensure AI systems integrate well to avoid chaos and inefficiency. Don’t Ignore Bias: Regularly audit systems to reduce bias and ensure fairness. Start small, experiment, and prioritize transparency and ethics to harness AI’s full potential in HR. Also if you didn't catch it here is the video. Also, AI in HR is going on for a few more hours today and tomorrow. Great panel discussion and insights! Also, to drive adoption it helps to focus on a prioritized set of challenges that directly impact your teams. That way they feel there is something in it for them when adopting a new technology like AI.
