The skills-based organization has become a bit of a buzzword, but at its core, the new talent approach going from rigid jobs to dynamic skills has a lot of benefits for organizations, as 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝘀 [https://lnkd.in/eRANZU_M].
