Ovarian cancer is often referred to as a "silent killer" because it tends to present few noticeable symptoms in its early stages. This means that the disease can progress undetected, showing no symptoms until it reaches more advanced stages where it has left the ovaries, making it more difficult to treat. This underscores the importance of awareness, regular screenings for those at high risk, and understanding potential symptoms such as 📌abdominal bloating 📌pelvic pain 📌difficult eating 📌frequent urination. Early detection can greatly improve outcomes for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
