Mouth Cancer Action Month takes place in November which aims to raise awareness of mouth cancer and save lives by promoting the values of prevention and early detection. By communicating the causes of mouth cancer, healthier lifestyles can be encouraged and the number of people diagnosed with the disease can be reduced. It is also important that the early warning signs can be recognized so that the person can act on any unusual changes in the mouth as soon as possible. The campaign is about making everybody more mouth aware highlighting the risk factors and signs and symptoms associated with the disease. We are accepting the Submissions for Volume 5 Issue 1! You may submit the paper in the broad scope of the journal. This Lung Cancer Awareness Month, let’s put the focus on prevention as much as treatment. Our lung health impacts every part of our well-being, yet it's easy to overlook until we’re faced with issues. By taking simple, proactive steps now, we can not only help prevent lung cancer but also contribute to our overall quality of life. Here are some ways you can protect your lungs and reduce the chances of developing lung cancer: 🫁 Stay Active. Regular exercise helps strengthen lung capacity and endurance, improving how efficiently our lungs function. Even a short daily walk or a few minutes of deep breathing can make an impact. 🫁 Don't Smoke. Smoking is the leading cause of lung cancer, but even non-smokers are at risk if they’re exposed to secondhand smoke. 🫁 Get Screened. If you’re at higher risk due to family history, age, or exposure to toxins, talk to your doctor about regular screenings. Early detection can be lifesaving. #LungCancerAwarenessMonth #LungCancer #ChronicDiseasePrevention
