Ever felt like sharing your ideas might risk your future success? This fear is somewhat crippling because I’ve been burned by companies who asked me to create mock posts, campaigns, etc. I start to feel like if I share my idea and someone steals it, that person is messing with my future. Questions open up a whole horizon of possible thoughts. For example, let's say I ask you: "What's an example of something you previously thought was 100% obvious in your business, but you later discovered that the reality was much more nuanced?" Your thoughts won't be about true/false. To answer that question, you need to go deeply into your experiences. https://lnkd.in/gjKkuv6m

𝐓𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞’𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐩? 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡. You can’t use someone else’s map, to find yourself. Too many people try to follow someone else’s path to success. They see what worked for someone else and expect the same results, ↳ Only to feel lost when things don’t go as planned. I’ve seen this with clients who mimic others' Strategies without owning their unique story. It’s frustrating because they’re chasing someone else’s vision. → So close to making progress, but missing their own direction. → So close to realizing their potential, but following the wrong guide. → So close to unlocking their true identity, but still stuck in someone else’s map. The truth is, your journey is yours alone. No shortcuts. No copy-pasting someone else’s path. If you want to win You need to create your own roadmap. Success is personal—what works for others won’t necessarily work for you. So why follow their map? P.S. Are you still using someone else’s map to find yourself? Build in silence? Nahhh. Make some noise. Unless you live under a rock, you know that the latest social media trends are all about building in public. People no longer just want to see the finished product. They want to see how it is built. They want to become a part of your story and see you climb up the ladders. Here are some tips if you are one of those early-stage founders or entrepreneurs who want to build in public. ________ 1. Show results. People believe numbers/facts/stats. Show credibility by sharing successes publicly. 2. Show vulnerability. People buy from people. People trust people. Show them how you are vulnerable and how you can fail too. That creates more relatability. 3. Find an accountability partner. Building something in public can be a lonely journey. Find an accountability partner. 4. Stay consistent. The trends on Instagram X-day challenge are popular because people love consistency, and they want to be a part of your journey. Be consistent. ________ The old adage "Work hard in silence and let your success be the noise" no longer works. Make noise from the get-go. Let the noise be your success. Thoughts?

A badass, multi-six figure female business owner told me to post THIS…. And I have to say, I didn't love the idea. She suggested, "𝘿𝙤 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢. 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙚." There's the fear of judgment. Of being "sales-y." Of putting myself out there... I've been posting DAILY for, well...ever. Built a six-figure business. And yet, this ONE post gave me the ick. That's when it hit me: Even the "experts" have fears. We ALL have that inner voice whispering doubts. But you know what? It's so true that growth happens OUTSIDE your comfort zone. So, I'm doing it. I'm posting this. And I'm inviting YOU to be part of something BIG. I want to talk to you for 15-20 minutes if: 🙋🏻♀️ You're a female entrepreneur with annual sales revenue of £50k or more. 🙋🏻♀️ You're really struggling to articulate your message online. If you could also have written these frustrations: "𝙄'𝙫𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚. 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 2𝙖𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙬𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝙪𝙥, 𝙄 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩. If making an investment in yourself or your business doesn't scare you 😱 , you're crazy! 😜 It's SUPPOSED to feel this way, and you are ALLOWED to have fears. Let's tackle some of your biggest objections: "There is no guarantee I will succeed" No, but what is guaranteeing your success right now? You have a higher chance of success when you AREN'T doing it alone. "I can't invest yet" If you aren't ready to commit time, effort, and money into your biz, you are capping your success BIG time. "There are too many options" Every day you wait is a day lost! Go with your instinct and say YES to opportunities! Are you ready to start? Confession: Money doesn't motivate me. It's important, but "making tons of money" doesn't light my fire. I've tried paths others suggested - from vet school to DMing clients to scaling business. Bills were paid, but I felt caged, doing things out of obligation, not passion. Life seemed good, but lukewarm. I thought I was in the 'messy middle' of scaling up, but the more I pushed, the harder I hit a glass ceiling. Nothing worked - more ad spend, hiring, launching funnels... I was running against a landslide. A week-long break revealed what blocked my growth: I wasn't having fun. My subconscious was protecting me from a future I'd dislike even more. I realized I'm motivated by moments & experiences, not money. I had to accept my emotions, a process harder than any marketing, sales, or ops work I've done. As I re-integrated my emotional and logical sides, everything aligned. I repositioned my business to the intersection of market demand and my intrinsic motivation. I let go of control, delegated confidently, and focused on personal growth rather than immediate profit. It felt crazy, opposite to "what grows a business." But by focusing on passion, purpose & fulfillment, I created more MOMENTS with clients, team, peers, and friends. The glass ceiling melted, leading to effortless breakthroughs. More money followed as a byproduct. If you feel caged in a "lukewarm" life, don't just push harder. Address what's caging you and liberate yourself. This liberation will free your business from revenue plateaus and normalize new levels. More power to you. 💪

Ah, the all-too-familiar refrain: "we 've tried everything, and nothing's working." But let's pause for a moment and dig a little deeper, shall we? Did you truly leave no stone unturned? Let's break it down: - Did you pick up the phone and reach out to potential clients, or did you let fear of rejection hold you back? - Have you sent emails, diligently following up and nurturing leads, or did you let your inbox gather dust? - Have you invested time and effort into building your brand, crafting a compelling message that resonates with your audience, or did you settle for blending into the background? - Have you taken the initiative to knock on doors and explore new opportunities, or did you wait for opportunities to come knocking on yours? - Have you swallowed your pride and asked for help when you needed it, or did you let your ego get in the way of seeking support? - And yes, have you faced rejection head-on, learning from each setback and using it as fuel to propel you forward, or did you let the fear of failure paralyze you into inaction? You see, the problem isn't that your ideas don't work. It's that you haven't fully committed to the process. Success isn't just about having the right ideas, it's about taking consistent, strategic action to bring those ideas to life. So, let's shift our perspective. Instead of viewing challenges as roadblocks, let's see them as opportunities for growth. Let's embrace the discomfort of rejection as a necessary stepping stone on the path to success. It's time to rise above the excuses, the doubts, and the fears. It's time to take ownership of your journey and write your own success story. And hey, if you need a helping hand along the way, we're here to support you every step of the way. Let's turn your "I've tried everything" into "I'm unstoppable."

You know that feeling when a client ghosts you on a scheduled call? Yeah, it's like getting punched in the gut by disappointment while your ego does a face-plant into a pile of self-doubt. Been there, done that. I once got so pissed at a client for missing a call that I sent her an email basically calling her out. Guess what happened? She fired my ass faster than you can say "unprofessional d-bag." 🤦♂️ Plot twist: It wasn't her fault. It was mine. I was living in a fantasy world of expectations instead of setting clear agreements. Now, I hear from many entrepreneurs, consultants, and coaches bitching about clients missing calls all the time. They want to make their clients punctual little angels. But here's the cold, hard truth: If you're getting twisted over missed calls, you've already f*cked up. Let me break it down for you with a real-life example: One of my clients, a hotshot tech advisor, was ready to go nuclear on a CTO who'd missed three working sessions. Each time, the CTO had an excuse smoother than a freshly waxed sports car. But excuses are like a**holes - everyone's got one, and they all stink. Instead of letting her make my mistake, I hit her with this: "What would you tell a friend whose new love interest canceled three dates in a row?" Her response? "Dump their ass!" Bingo. She got it. You wouldn't put up with that sh*t in your personal life, so why accept it professionally? The lesson? Don't be a doormat, but don't be an ass either. Set clear expectations from the get-go. Make agreements that are harder to break than a bad habit. If you're constantly dealing with flaky clients, the problem isn't them. It's you. Fix your sh*t, and watch your business transform. Now, who's ready to stop whining and start winning? 💪 Read this post and more on my Typeshare Social Blog: https://lnkd.in/gxRc83rc

Do you keep saying ‘I’m not there yet’? Here’s why your journey is unique—and how to own it. 1. Progress isn’t a race. Your journey is unique, and so is your timeline. Trying to keep up with others leads to burnout. Why: Growth takes time—and comparison slows you down. How: Track your own progress, not theirs. 2. Success happens when you stay consistent. Overnight success is a myth. Real wins come from showing up every day. Why: Consistency builds the foundation for long-term success. How: Focus on small daily actions that move you forward. 3. Your goals, your timeline. Your success doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It just has to work for you. Why: Authentic success aligns with your values, not trends. How: Define what success means to you—and stay true to it. Stop looking sideways—your journey is yours to own. Every small step matters. What’s one goal you’re working toward on your own terms? 🔃 If you found this post helpful, repost it with your network. #personalbranding #marketing #solopreneurs
