Think of how AI-powered chatbots are revolutionalizing customer service or how logistics companies leverage AI for optimised delivery routes. There will be many job automation. And as jobs evolved or new roles being created, the ability to adapt and learn will be paramount. Businesses will need to equip their workforce with the skills to collaborate effectively with AI and navigate the changing landscape. And this is where coaching comes in to help leaders not just embrace a new mindset but equip them with the skills to lead career conversations and help the people under their charge evolved. As I wrote in my book "you are no longer paid according to how hard you work, but according to how hard you are to be replaced." So here's some key skills you need to have to be hard to replace: 💢 Building emotional intelligence - the future belongs to those who could connect and work with stakeholders 💢 Thinking like an entrepreneur - AI will not replace humans. It replace tasks. AI can analyse data, but it can't generate groundbreaking ideas. So start exercising your creativity 💢 Building your meta cognitive skills - as AI gets more intelligent, our ability to connect the dots, be a self-directed learner and adapt to new challenges. Meta cognitive skills are about being aware of your own thinking patterns and using that awareness to improve your learning. (Just like how GenAI is learning patterns and being able to ask questions) Coaching can help unleash the potential and help you build these skills to thrive in this age of disruption.
