Today we reviewed our Q1 results here at Action. We look at metrics like new leads, closed clients, completed and slacking projects. This helps us stay on top of our goals and make corrections to stay on course. Do you do an end of quarter review? What metrics do you look at? Most distributors only look at total sales, which is important. But it's also good to look at the number of new prospects, new clients acquired, and sales from repeat clients vs new clients.
