"Parallel Dialer doesn't let you do strategic, personalized outreach". Yes and no. What it DOES do is give you more time to do all the other stuff an SDR is supposed to do- like research accounts, write personalized emails, and follow up on engaged prospects. It's a night-and-day difference when you can connect with 5-11 prospects in an hour and still have time on your hands.
