Is doing more damaging your reputation? 🤔   When things don't go according to plan, our default can be to do more. - more marketing - more admin - more qualifications The list goes on... Eventually, it starts to feel like it's coming from a place of desperation. You begin seeking the ‘band-aid’ solutions, which often cause more problems. You don't act upon decisions and run back to your place of safety, doing more of what you can and know how to do. When stuck in a place where ‘It’s not going right, and people aren’t buying' - a knee-jerk reaction can be to discount or reduce the price of your products or services. To create more ‘low-level’ products to meet the PERCEIVED idea that nobody is buying or doesn’t have the money right now. Distraction is robbing you of your potential. And in modern times, it's rampant. Any time I've made significant progress in my businesses it's been a result of relentless focus on ONE activity until it succeeds. That why when I meet with founders and talk focus & priorities, there's often FAR too many items. You're not going to execute on 5 things well in a month. You need to choose one MAYBE two levers to pull with everything you've got, and that's where the progress is. Any time I'm not making the progress I want, it's a result of trying to do too much, and doing nothing well. Decide accordingly.
