What a bountiful 🎑 #networking week this was for me in #Chicago! I'm so #grateful and excited to apply the tips I gained to my #CSM/#AM job at Upswing so I can help my #HigherEducation partners graduate more students! In fact, I was up til 5 am last night leveraging #ChatGPT to do some #AccountPlanning. 😅🤦♀️ Highlights from this week: 🥂 Hanging out with new and old friends at CuSP: A Chicago Customer Success Community's last #happyhour like Fred Locher, PMP, Justyna Kuczaj, Shara Deepankar, MA, BCBA, Nicole Komassa, Karin Knecht, Lynn Pietryga, Jacklyn Currier, Swati Garg and Parul Bhandari. 👩🏫 Learning how to crush my #revenue goals by influence mapping, identifying friends vs. champions, and developing the #softskills needed for #multithreading from Elizabeth Italiano at Melo Associates latest webinar. 👩❤️👨 Meeting my boss Ben Crowther in person for the first time for some extra #mentorship and some yummy refreshments at Beatnik Along the (Chicago) River - I'm definitely returning there again some time - highly recommended! 👾 Hearing how #CS and #CX executives from top #Saas companies like Smartsheet, GitHub, and Paylocity are increasing productivity by aggregating data to power #AI copilots and chatbots for internal and external audiences at Omid Razavi's #CSSExecutiveForum. I am most eager to explore how #ChatGPT and call recorders like Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant can help me up my #timemanagement, #prioritization, and overall strategization so I can take the right actions with the right clients at the right times. ⏰💌🎰 Next up for me - I'll be speaking on CxXchange's #CustomerSuccess in #EdTech virtual panel this Tues, 11/19 with Keishla Ceaser-Jones, Esau Sanchez-Diaz, Niamh O'Hara, and Jennifer Albrecht hosted by Jan Young, MBA, CSPO, CSM and sponsored by RevSetter.
