I totally get it: You prepare extensively. You power through multiple interviews. You even meet with the CEO! All that effort, only to be left hanging. It can be super frustrating, can’t it? 😤 Let’s break it down a bit. When you invest time and energy into a seven-stage hiring process—complete with behavioral assessments and lengthy interviews—it's perfectly reasonable to expect some constructive feedback if things don’t go your way. After all, we want to learn and grow from these experiences, right? But alas, my friend, sometimes companies drop the ball on this. Why does this happen?
