Your brand is the story customers tell themselves and others about your company. When they believe your story is more interesting, compelling, and enticing than your competition's, you first win hearts, and then their minds, and eventually market share. Your story ultimately belongs to the customer, but you can shape it. Through creating and sharing engaging content, you'll connect with and inspire people to believe their lives would be better if they chose to buy from your company. The better the story, the stronger that belief. Best story wins.

How do you build a personal brand? I see so many founders trying to break through the noise and make a voice for themselves. But so many fail because they don’t lay the foundation first. • Do your research 📝 • Find your audience 🗣 • Build your origin story 🏡 • Be relatable 💙 Lean on your story, vision and purpose as your anchor point. The point that drives your message. This should be the underlying message through all your content. Get this right, and your content will work. Get this wrong, and you are wasting time. ------- Wanna chat about content? Shoot me a dm --> Patrick Bates

It took me more than 700 days to build my brand from scratch. Few things I learnt and few I regret. 3 things I did religiously, Initially: - Observed creators - Observed their content - Observed how they do storytelling 6 things I did wrong, I regret: - Expressing less - Being lazy + writing less - Focusing only on numbers - Not adding relevant pictures - Running behind connections - Trying only one type of content 9 things you should try, worked for me: - Learn to sell - Maintain a tone - Learn to engage - Follow quality crowd - Learn to be authentic - Get better at consuming - Learn the art of storytelling - Ask better questions via CTA - Add value in everything you provide Remember, branding is a process, you can’t build it in a month or two. How personal branding has changed you? #PersonalBranding
