Hey #LinkedIn #Graduates!! I know along with self doubt, you may also be facing low confidence. Here’s the second challenge of the series; Low confidence Aman was great at academics and sports, but job interviews really threw him off, and he felt pretty down about it. To get his confidence back, he wrote down his strengths, talked to some alumni for advice, set small goals for himself, and worked on his communication skills. This approach helped him feel more prepared and confident. If you want to build your confidence like Aman did, here’s how you can do it. Discover Your Strengths: List your unique skills and experiences. Reflect on how they've helped you before to boost your confidence. Share Your Journey: Practice talking about your achievements engagingly to leave a lasting impression. Connect with Professionals: Reach out for informational interviews to gain insights and boost your confidence. Focus on Growth: Create a personal development plan. Learning new skills and improving yourself can make you feel more prepared. Building confidence is a journey. Embrace what makes you unique, share your story, talk to professionals, set small goals, and create a personal development plan. #successtransformationsgroup #ConfidenceBoost #KnowYourStrengths #CareerGrowth #NetworkingTips #PersonalDevelopment #JobSearchSuccess #SkillBuilding #ProfessionalGrowth #SelfImprovement #CareerTips

The one hidden strategy that will make you stand out in interviews. Last month, a client of mine - let’s call him Carlo - shared that he couldn't land a job. We switched up his approach and the results were impressive. Here is what we changed: ✅Instead of just answering questions, Carlo started telling compelling stories. The method? ❌ Forget the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) framework. ✅Use the CARL (Context, Action, Result, Learning) framework. => It tells about your key achievements AND demonstrates your learning agility and your growth mindset — key traits that employers value these days. ✅We prepared a mini-catalogue of stories using the CARL framework. => Our goal was to ensure that for any question, Carlo had a relevant, engaging story ready. ❌Don’t just tell them ✅Show them. => Carlo’s result? Carlo’s approach paid off—he's starting a new role at a leading tech company next month! Let me share an example with one of my own stories using CARL: C - Context: When I decided to transition to coaching and personal training, A - Action: I invested in training, volunteered countless hours, and launched a newsletter to share my growing expertise. R - Result: I secured 10 paying clients and was contracted by two multinationals to lead coaching sessions within 6 months. L - Learning: I learned that perseverance and focus are crucial. These skills are now helping me expand my coaching institute in the US and France. The most powerful interview question I've encountered: "Tell me about what you're not proud of in the last year." It's not just about failures. It's a window into the values, mindset, and resilience. How to nail this question: 1. Choose an failures that aligns with the company's mission 2. Explain why it matters to you personally 3. Highlight the skills you developed 4. Share how it's shaped your career goals 5. Connect it to the role you're applying for Pro tip: Your failure moment might not be work-related. Maybe you disappointed someone, couldnot learn a new skill, or couldnot overcome a personal challenge. That's okay. It's about showcasing your character and identity. What are you conquering this year? #CareerGrowth #PersonalDevelopment #InterviewPrep

I often get asked, "How did you secure a job offer within 24 hours?" The truth is, there's no magic formula for overnight success... Instead, it's about demonstrating how your skills and expertise can truly benefit them. 💪Central to this approach is crafting a world-class Organic framework. We had the pleasure and honor to have Shawn Hoh, a professional communications trainer, sharing his expertise on interview tips and perspectives with us, to prepare our mentees and alumni for their first interviews, or maybe even for those who are seeking growth or changing fields. Shawn’s warm and enthusiastic sharing was really effective in keeping our participants engaged. The sentiments are positive on the value they were able to take away from this session; on how to better comprehend interviewer intentions to craft targeted personal anecdotes, leaving an authentic impression within a compact interview slot. On a broader perspective, Shawn also shared some great insights on the value of spending some time to figure out what we are truly passionate about. This work not only allows us to portray a more grounded and genuine persona for prospective employers’ assessment for our job fit, it’s also useful for us to evaluate if the job aligns with our true passions as well. Because, more than just a means of livelihood, a meaningful job can lead to a more fulfilling life. #Purpose #Mentoring #Growth

It’s a common tale, and sometimes, there’s more to the story than meets the eye. 🕵️♂️ Imagine this: a position is advertised, applications pour in, interviews are scheduled – but the job has already been promised to someone else. This practice, often kept under wraps, can leave many hopeful candidates in the dark. While it’s not illegal, it raises questions about transparency and ethics in recruitment. It’s a reminder that not all processes are as open as they seem. So, what can we do as professionals? 𝐀𝐬𝐤 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Inquire about the hiring process and how decisions are made. "You have a way to make people agree with your proposal/negotiations", is the statement I often hear. Sometimes, we find difficulties to try to change the way people direct some projects, but it's actually not impossible. It's about the art to explain things from multiple angle, understanding others' POVs then trying to meet half way. This skill has proven invaluable, especially during interviews. When everyone’s on the same page, I rarely walk away without success. Now, I’m excited to share what I've learned. From mastering digital marketing and social media strategy to excelling in public speaking, presentation skills, interviews, and negotiations—I’m here to help you build the expertise you need. Which skill are you ready to dive into first? DM me for the skill(s) you want to learn first! #job #jobskill #softskill #hardskill #interview #learning #course
