For successful people, Thanksgiving isn't just a holiday. It's a way of life. They embody gratitude and recieve every opportunity with thanks. It's easy to be thankful for the big things, like promotions, wedding proposals, or winning the lottery. But what about the little things that many take for granted? Getting up each day. A casual smile on your walk. The wonderful aroma from a fresh brewed coffee or tea. Every breath is a gift to be cherished. Thank you. Successful people even embrace adversity with gratitude as it is an opportunity for growth. These include poor results, emotional triggers, and conflicts. Instead of resisting these events, give thanks for being shown an area you can improve upon. Happy Thanksgiving.

Fiercegiving is my favorite made up holiday. After today’s event, I’m now considering the following three interview requirements for anyone looking to join the Fierce Creative Agency team. Thoughts? 1) Describe your feelings about tacos on Tuesdays. (Hint: the answer is just, “Yes.”) 🌮🌮🌮 2) Perform a scene from your favorite musical or cartoon. (Multiple characters welcomed.) 🥸🐙🧽 3) Prepare a Fiercegiving meal item of choice and bring in for taste testing. (Serving size: 10) 🍗🍠🥧 #FierceEssentials #softskills?
Happy Fiercegiving! We're thankful we paused for a meal with our amazing team. We enjoyed all the thanksgiving classics and great company. 🦃 #ThisFierceLife

This Thanksgiving, Americans are set to travel in record numbers and enjoy slightly cheaper festive dinners, thanks to lower fuel and food costs easing inflationary pressures. Nearly 80 million people will travel at least 50 miles, with airlines expecting their busiest holiday period yet. Falling crude prices have reduced petrol costs, averaging just over $3 per gallon, the lowest since 2020. Meanwhile, the cost of a Thanksgiving dinner has dropped 5% from last year, though still higher than pre-pandemic levels. Economic concerns persist, with many families scaling back celebrations, and shoppers hoping for further price reductions under Trump’s presidency. Retailers like Walmart and Target are responding by offering budget-friendly meal bundles. Despite easing inflation, consumer sentiment remains cautious, with full recovery expected to take more time. Gratitude in Action: A Thanksgiving Reflection As we gather with friends, family, and colleagues to celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the power of gratitude—not just as a sentiment but as a driving force in our lives and work. This year, I’m especially thankful for the people who make CHANGE possible: the resilient teams who embrace new ways of working, the visionary leaders who inspire trust, and the colleag ues who show up every day with passion and purpose. Gratitude isn’t just about reflection; it’s about ACTION. It’s about saying thank you to those who’ve supported you, taking a moment to appreciate shared successes, and investing in RELATIONSHIPS that matter. To my team, clients, and everyone I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with: thank you for your trust, partnership, and shared commitment to creating meaningful CHANGE. Let’s carry this spirit of GRATITUDE beyond today and into every interaction we have—because together, we can transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into impact. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! What are you most grateful for this year? Let’s start the conversation

Hello All, Welcome to another episode of #Thursdays@Nine. Today in the United States, we are celebrating #Thanksgiving! I am pausing our conversation regarding #EmotionalIntelligence (#EQ) and resume with the third pillar of the #series, #SelfManagement next week. Thanksgiving is my absolute FAVORITE #holiday. It is a time when our nation comes together to give #gratitude and #thankfulness for everything we have, achieved, overcame and even for the trials and tribulations we may be enduring. Yes, Thanksgiving is known for its delicious foods and #BlackFriday sales). This holiday, I am a bit more reflective on two things: One of my fondest Thanksgiving #memories. I shared the holiday with chosen #family and #friends while living #abroad. Many never experienced the holiday. I prepared #gumbo (a tradition in my household), turkey, dressing, mac n cheese and greens, while my guests brought the desserts, delicious cakes and pies. Starting, sharing and creating NEW #traditions with chosen people has been imprinted on my heart for eternity. Listening to why they were thankful and experiencing the food, and traditions brought #joy to my soul. The second reflective point is: Why do we reserve full-scale #thankfulness for just one day a year? Thanksgiving reminds us that gratitude should be a daily practice. Embracing gratitude for all of life's #experiences—the good, the #challenging, and the imperfect—is something I #encourage us to incorporate more frequently, both at home and in the #workplace. This year, I am deeply grateful for a loving and growing family, wonderful and patient friends, the beauty of changing seasons, and the hope for an incredible #tomorrow. What are you grateful for today? Please share your thoughts in the comments and tag anyone you appreciate! #series #futureproofing #connection #connectivity #essential #unity #communication #management #teams #GENXer #technology #humans #leadership #colleagues #humanresources #innovation #careers #marketing #blacklinkedin #culture

5 Business Tips I’ve Learned from Thanksgiving 👇 👇 👇 just kidding 🦃 To the founders: Thank you for trusting us. Seeing what you build is inspiring—‘inspiring’ doesn’t even seem to quite capture it. Founder stories are the best stories, and there’s no greater honor than being a small part of your journey. To the FE team: Thank you for your hard work, vision, and dedication to greatness. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each person who’s touched this business. Forever grateful. To family & friends: Thank you for the laughs, wisdom, support, and constant good times. You’ve been a grounding force through every challenge and triumph, reminding me of what truly matters. Thanksgiving is a very American thing, but the idea is something everyone (even a Brit) can get behind. A lot to be thankful for today.
