Gratitude in Action: A Thanksgiving Reflection As we gather with friends, family, and colleagues to celebrate Thanksgiving, I’m reminded of the power of gratitude—not just as a sentiment but as a driving force in our lives and work. This year, I’m especially thankful for the people who make CHANGE possible: the resilient teams who embrace new ways of working, the visionary leaders who inspire trust, and the colleag ues who show up every day with passion and purpose. Gratitude isn’t just about reflection; it’s about ACTION. It’s about saying thank you to those who’ve supported you, taking a moment to appreciate shared successes, and investing in RELATIONSHIPS that matter. To my team, clients, and everyone I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with: thank you for your trust, partnership, and shared commitment to creating meaningful CHANGE. Let’s carry this spirit of GRATITUDE beyond today and into every interaction we have—because together, we can transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into impact. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! What are you most grateful for this year? Let’s start the conversation

Gratitude isn’t just a feeling—it’s a choice. Happy Thanksgiving to all our U.S. friends and beyond. Thanksgiving is more than turkey and traditions. It’s a reminder of the power of reflection. A chance to pause in a world that rarely slows down. It shifts our focus from what’s missing to what we already have. The people in our lives. The lessons we’ve learned. The small wins that carry us forward. Gratitude isn’t passive—it’s transformative. It re-centers us, helping us lead and live with purpose. So today, whether you’re celebrating with family or reflecting quietly, take a moment. Choose gratitude. What are you most grateful for this year?

It’s Thanksgiving here in the US, and everyone’s playing the gratitude game. But most people get gratitude wrong. Appreciation isn’t about being “content.” It’s about clarity to help set the bar higher. While others celebrate what they have, here’s what most people miss: - Who helped you level up this year? - What obstacles shaped your strength? - What bold moves will you make to honor what you’re thankful for? Gratitude is powerful when it’s active, not passive. So yes, give thanks today. But don’t stop there. Take that energy and aim higher. That’s how you truly say, Thank you.

Gratitude is like muscle. The more we do with it the stronger it gets. In this spirit here are 5 ways to practice Thanksgiving every day of the year. 1) Take a Daily Thank You Walk - Take a simple 10-30 minute walk each day and say out loud what you are thankful for. This will set you up for a positive day. 2) Mealtime Thank You’s - On Thanksgiving, or just at dinner go around the table and have each person, including the kids, say what they are thankful for. 3) Gratitude Visit - Write a letter expressing gratitude to someone. Then visit this person and read them the letter. 4) Say Thank You at Work - Energize and engage your co-workers and team by letting them know you are grateful for them and their work. And of course, don't forget to say thank you to your clients and customers too. THANK YOU for your trust and partnership! 5) Say Thank you and Goodnight – At bedtime reflect on your day, identify, and share all that you are thankful for. Better yet, write it down in a gratitude journal! #ThankfulGratefulBlessed 🧡
