Should the government implement citizen-facing AI before it’s perfected? When you need to ask a legal question or something about taxes, it can often be crucial you get the right answer, as well as time sensitive. 75% of people expect government #AI to be at the same level as leading corporations’. However, 74% have had trouble using government-run AI in the past two years. I know it’s still early doors with AI, but if it doesn’t match human interactions, I could see the argument for holding back. #digitaltransformation
