🌟 Reflections on Day 2 of Innovation Roundtable® Summit 2024! 🌟 Another inspiring day filled with enlightening talks and engaging discussions! We face many similar challenges across different industries. Driving innovation requires a focus on processes and technologies, while recognizing that innovation is impossible without people. It is vital to foster a growth mindset, emotional resilience, creativity, and curiosity. Few discussions and presentations emphasized the critical narrative in marketing and branding: viewing marketing not just as a cost, but as a strategic investment in our brand's long-term success and sales growth. This mindset shift is essential for organizations to embrace. We also highlighted the significance of experimentation. By experimenting, we can push boundaries and connect our findings to tangible outcomes. Sharing the story behind our experiments fosters engagement and builds a culture of learning.
