But we’ll show you the flip side of the coin 🫸🏻 - They are smart at their work - They are quick at their work - They are creative - It is easy to work with them - They are highly adaptable 🔄 These qualities are what an employee should have. Shouldn’t they? • If they take a nap to increase their productivity, why don’t you? Because nap helps you recharge yourself. • Gen Zs speak their minds or let their actions do it 📈 • Gen Z is the most diverse generation, known for their innovative problem-solving skills. • They love challenges.
