I count myself in the 61% of consumers who expect faster replies from an #AIassistant. The average customer service wait time is 2 minutes; if you’re unlucky, that can go up to 12 minutes. I recently contacted my bank for an issue, and they made me wait for 6 minutes. The problem didn’t frustrate me, but waiting definitely did. Some companies have tackled this challenge with AI-powered #voicebots that promptly address customer queries, but most bots lack quick response times. Meesho recently revealed its Gen AI-powered voice bot. This bot is capable of handling 60,000 calls every day in English and Hindi, and plans are in the works to expand to even more regional languages. But what if the issue of long response time is still present? While developing an AI Assistant for Deloitte, we came across this issue as well. Nova was designed to help customers personalize their experiences, such as recommending the perfect watch dial style for specific occasions, at Deloitte’s Dot Hub Experience Centre. She could understand any language a customer spoke, ensuring seamless interaction. However, during development, we noticed she was taking too long to respond to queries. We were able to tackle the issue through the chunking method. We trained the #AI to segment responses into chunks; these chunks were defined by punctuations. With this method, we reduced Nova’s response time from 12 seconds to 3 seconds, making the user experience better with faster replies. But Nova wasn’t only about responding faster; she was built with life-like expressions, gestures, and body movements to create an experience that ticks personalization. She was also trained to not just respond to queries but also really differentiate serious statements and humour along with supporting you by cracking a few more jokes. When developing Nova, we noticed she would pick up on background chatter. To address this, we programmed her to listen only when a specific wake word was used. Using these methods and a few more, brands can tackle long response times, making them more human and personalized. Let’s create your personalized AI assistant together over a coffee. At Inkincaps, we’ve always believed in doing things with a touch of flair and a lot of heart. So, when we wanted to foster creativity, connection, and a bit of cheeky fun among our team, we took a page quite literally from Bridgerton’s Lady Whistledown. That’s how Lady Inkdown was born, our very own newsletter filled with wit, wisdom, and just the right amount of spice. 🌶️ What started as a lighthearted attempt to share updates and stories has grown into something much more meaningful. Lady Inkdown has become the voice of IIC, capturing moments that would otherwise slip by unnoticed whether it’s celebrating quirky office shenanigans, sneak-peeking upcoming projects, or even politely nudging those who miss deadlines (you know who you are!). 👀 Every week, an anonymous writer takes the stage to spill the tea, leaving the office buzzing with giggles and gasps. The real thrill? Watching the reactions roll in anticipation, laughter, and the inevitable whispers of “Who wrote this one?” It’s our little mystery, sparking joy and keeping everyone on their toes, one witty masterpiece at a time. It’s not just about the news; it’s about the nuance. Like that time we hilariously debated whether our coffee machine deserves an employee ID or when we declared Laila, our unofficial mascot, as the real boss of the office. Lady Inkdown keeps it all in the spirit of joy, creativity, and camaraderie. 🤩 The Impact? * Ideas flow more freely; people feel seen, heard, and celebrated. * Teams have grown closer, finding humor in shared quirks and moments. * Creativity spills into unexpected places our inboxes are often flooded with suggestions, memes, and hilarious "scandals" worth featuring. * Through Lady Inkdown, we’ve discovered that sometimes, the smallest initiatives can have the biggest ripple effects. It’s proof that culture isn’t just built through policies or pep talks but through a shared laugh, a heartfelt anecdote, or a clever pun. 🤪 Here’s to many more editions, giggles, and perhaps a few scandalous reveals. Long live Lady Inkdown! Have a scroll through some of our hilarious few ones! How are you sparking creativity and connection in your workplace? Let’s swap stories in the comments, perhaps over a cup of coffee (or three) we just a got a new coffee machine all the deets in the 4th Inkdown edition! ☕✨ #inkdown #monthlynewsletter #newsletter

Beyond just show flats, brochures or scale models, we came together with Rustomjee to reimagine how people connect with their future home, where #interactivetechnology became the storyteller. ✨ Nestled at the heart of the Rustomjee 180 Bay View #experience, the curved LED screen with IoT-integrated scale model and meeting pods were strategically designed to guide visitors through a seamless narrative. Starting with the curved #LEDdisplay that synchronises with the #IoT-integrated scale model, storytells the #architecturalvisualization into the Vicinity, Property Variants, Window Views, and Amenities, leading visitors naturally through an unfolding journey of discovery. 🏡 The #meetingpods were our next strategic touchpoint - that transform project exploration into personal connection. Here, visitors could dive deep into project details, explore property options, views, surroundings, inside of the flats and have focused conversations, turning complex property decisions into an intuitive, decision-making experience. Hear directly from the client who experienced it—where every curve of the LED screen and every corner of our meeting pods revealed more than just a property, but a vision waiting to be lived. 🌟 #RealEstate #Rustomjee #Innovation #InteractiveWalkthrough #ArchViz #UnrealEngine5

Humans of IIC, Ep. 25 You know how they say your #firstjob is always special? Mine was a rollercoaster that taught me more than any classroom ever could. 😶🌫️ I landed an #internship at #IIC and my first actual project was with #StarSports for their metaverse and say what? - I had no clue what a #metaverse or #interactive3D pipeline even meant! I remember sitting with my team, all of us young and nervous. We were working on the environment for Star Sports, and honestly? I was completely lost. 😪 Every #design, every #render felt like we were navigating in the dark. The pressure was real - this was my first big project, and I had no idea if I was doing anything right. That Saturday evening of the week, we had a review call. My stomach was in knots, and it was a reality check when the client feedback came! They rejected everything. Our entire environment - gone. I looked around at my teammates, and I could see the same mix of disappointment and fear in their eyes. We thought we were crushed. 😶 But that's when the table turned. Our seniors saw the fear on our faces and instead of lecturing us, they said, "Chalo, Call of Duty khelte hai" (Let's play Call of Duty). We spent an hour just gaming, releasing the stress. Then they told us to go home, not to worry - we'd figure things out on Monday. Monday came and I was ready to crush it, Our seniors guided us through every step. We broke down the previous design, understood where we went wrong and started rebuilding. We worked together, shared ideas, challenged each other, and pushed our creative limits. 🤝 And then it happened. The new environment we created was something special. When we presented it to the client, their reaction was worth all the stress. They loved it. The project that seemed doomed just days ago was now executing smoothly, and we had done it together. Sometimes, the most important lessons come when you least expect them. And sometimes, all you need is a team that believes in you more than you believe in yourself. 🌟 ~ Harshit Jouhri, 3D generalist at Ink In Caps #humansofiic #corporatestory #mystory #workstroy #inspiringstory #teamwork #teammates

I am sure we’ve all seen that one #3Dbillboard ad of Nike's, the one where it looks like there's a giant floating shoe inside the building showing all the variations of the Air Max's. 🌟 Well, these kinds of ads are called #anamorphic ads, and they have been really popular in the last two decades, with one or two of them going viral almost every week. India was missing out on a piece of that viral cake, but no longer because now we have our first #OOHanamorphicscreen too, and it is nothing like the ones you commonly see. Instead of a screen on the corner of a building, Nexus Mall in Hyderabad features a 4-sided cube-shaped screen right in the centre of the mall. 👏 Not only that, but it's one cube screen on top of another, so no matter what floor of the mall you’re looking from, you’ll be able to see the screen clearly. Both traditional and cuboid #anamorphicscreens use #LEDtechnology to display striking images that, when blended with #hyperrealisticvisuals, create stunning ads that make people want to stop and stare. 🤩 While normal #anamorphic screens may create the #illusion of looking like something is really floating in the air, with a #cuboidanamorphicscreen, there's a lot more you could do with the 360-degree screen. Imagine an ad for a resort, and as you walk around the cube, you see the perspective and angle of the view change, showing you what a 360 view of the resort looks like. That could make the #experience much more fun and #interactive for the visitor, cementing the positive memory of the experience and the brand associated with it in their minds. 🥰 Anamorphic screens are a fascinating blend of #tech and art, using both the expertise of designers and some complex #technology to create an #unforgettableexperience. The #anamorphiccontent market in India has untapped potential that is finally being revealed, and the PRISMOX screen has turned the valve a bit for the #futureofanamorphic ads in India. 📈 What are some memorable #anamorphicadcampaigns you've seen? How would you use a 360-degree cuboid screen creatively? Let us know in the comments! Video Credit: Nexus Select Trust

You have to #disagree with your manager if you want respect! When I say this I mean, #ConstructiveDisagreement. 🤝 We were in a meeting discussing a perspective kept in front of us. Everyone seemed to agree and felt positive about it. But my gut was screaming that we were missing something critical. 😶 Most of them nodded. Gone with the flow. But I decided to speak up. Not in a confrontational "you're wrong" way. 😪 More like, "Hey, I've been thinking about this, and I wonder if we might be overlooking..." My manager didn't shut me down. She listened. We dug into the details together. And guess what? Instead of getting sidelined, I gained genuine #professionalrespect. 🫡 (This doesn’t mean others were wrong, this meant I got to keep my perspective without being ignored) This is what I learned, and thought of sharing with you! 🤗 When you disagree thoughtfully, you're actually: - Showing you're intellectually invested in the team's success - Demonstrating critical thinking beyond blind compliance - Creating space for more diverse, innovative solutions - Building a culture of psychological safety But (and this is crucial) - How you disagree plays an important role! - Choose private moments for sensitive discussions - Come armed with data, not emotions - Frame your perspective as "We could potentially..." instead of "You're wrong..." - Ask curious questions that invite dialogue ☺️ - Always align your perspective with team/organizational goals - Be ready to gracefully accept the final decision If you're nervous about speaking up, start small. Ask questions. Share perspectives. Be curious, not confrontational. 👍 For every organisation, your voice matters. Your perspective is valuable. Who else has a story about a time when speaking up changed everything? PS: Pictures describe "chaotic together"🌟 #bepreofessional #professionaltips #howtobeprofessional #corporatetips #corporateculture
