His values and passion for excellence will continue to shape our culture and inspire us for years to come. You will be missed and will always remain a cherished part of the ICL family. ❤️
Dear Colleagues, It is with great pride, as well as sorrow, that I announce my expected departure from the role of ICL Group president and CEO. I am humbled & thankful for having had the honor and privilege to lead such an amazing organization. During the past 7 years, I had the pleasure of meeting dedicated employees around the globe who play to win and invest their hearts and souls in the success of the company. Together, we have turned ICL into a preferred employer, an innovative company where every employee can influence success. We fostered partnerships with all stakeholders and dealt, when required, with significant external challenges, including old disputes. We focused on doing the right thing and building up our capabilities, learning to create continuous improvement. We can all be proud of our resilient company, an efficient business enterprise that is very profitable and consistently creates strong cash flow. No less important, we relentlessly executed strategic plans and professional growth, in good and bad times (including a global pandemic and unprecedented geopolitical challenges), while adhering to a corporate culture of integrity, transparency, inclusion, and sustainability. As you know, we also consistently increased our positive influence on global food security, technological safety, energy efficiency, and our communities. We earned numerous global awards for our achievements, & I expect that to continue, given our many initiatives that will come to fruition long-term. The only constant in life is continuous change, and sometimes change is personal. "We cannot control the direction of the wind; we can only adjust the sails." At this time, I need to prioritize my family and adjust my lifestyle to deal with unexpected challenges. Throughout my tenure as president and CEO, I have been preparing plans for my succession. I am sure I am leaving a stronger company than the one I entered 7 years ago. Our company has a strong management team, a clear organizational structure, and a solid long-term strategic plan. It now seems the war in Israel is also winding down, and I expect the nomination of a new CEO will be completed by the time we report our 2024 annual earnings, after a smooth handover. I would like to thank my extended management team for their endless efforts and great partnership, as well as the members of the Board of Directors for their trust and unwavering support over the past years. Above all, I thank my family, and especially my wife Miri, for supporting me and helping me cope with the demanding requirements of this role. I hope I will prove worthy and be able to support her with the same absolute dedication. Thanks to each one of you and your families for everything. All we have achieved together and the bright future of ICL is because of you! Always yours, Raviv
Best of luck
