The importance of workflow in healthcare cannot be understated. A proper workflow ensures efficiency for the team as they depend on one another to facilitate the healthcare journey of the patients. This is not a Gen-Z issue, but rather about getting HCP who respect and adhere to the workflow. This is a space where HealthDr comes in. We use AI to automate workflow in healthcare and one of the strong factors about tech is its consistency. Unlike "chatty" humans or what not, technology does not have those quirks. We automate where it should be, so that humans are freed to do what's truly essential for an optimized healthcare journey. p.s. If you are a healthcare provider (clinic, specialist, hospital), speak to us today to explore how HealthDr can support your workflow for better patient engagement and sustainable growth. #AI #Healthcare

“20% of Executive Support roles will vanish by 2031” 😰 Got your attention? It certainly grabbed mine when Fiona Young included this statistic in her talk on “How to shortcut admin using AI tools” at The PA Show summer summit hosted at the Honourable Artillery Company yesterday. The purpose of yesterday’s brilliant summit was to provide Assistants with the latest Tech tools, trends and knowledge to survive in a new AI world. My 3 key takeaways from the day: 1. Utilise AI as an Assistant and you’ll never have to start with a blank sheet again when creating documents or drafting emails - game changer! 2. AI will be a disruptor to the Executive Support industry that is unavoidable. However there are many tasks that will always require human touch and if we future-proof our roles by acquiring new desirable skills that save businesses time or money (ideally both!) we’ll survive alongside AI. 3. Whilst “Administrative and Executive Secretary” roles are predicted to rapidly decline between now and 2027 in the 'World Economic Jobs Forum Report' https://rb.gy/rvytdv, all of the 'Top 10 skills desired by employers' in the same report are skills Executive Assistants already have or can easily adopt as Jodie Mears FInstAM highlighted in her brilliant talk “You have all the information, what’s next” I for one will now be prioritising finding ways to safely use AI in my day to day role to get the admin tasks done quicker, leaving me with more time to focus on strategic upskilling (Safely being a keyword there thanks for the tips 🧚♀️ Rosie Anderson!) #pashowsummer #pashowsummersummit #executiveassistants #thefuturewithAI #assistantsandAI #worldfuturejobsreport #artificialintelligence #learninganddevelopment #networking #assistantsnetworking #csuiteassistants

Great insights from our team on a 2025 outlook. With training and development remaining a priority for both companies and employees, it’ll be interesting to see how this evolves in the coming year. Development also continues to play a key role in #retention, now alongside the growing advancements in #AI. Additionally, the focus on skills-based hiring seems like it's here to stay, as formal education requirements have declined in 87% of the occupational sector. Good read! https://lnkd.in/evzxPgpk #TrainingandDevelopment #Skills #FutureofWork

Brilliant article from Sheila Callaham. I’ve been involved in tech for decades, long before the current hype. In 1985, while working with the French Artificial Intelligence Association in Paris, as part of my marketing degree internship, companies like IBM, Thomson and HP were already exploring voice recognition and speech synthesis models. Fast forward to 2000, I was using Wildfire, a voice-activated personal assistant, on my Orange phone—a forerunner of today’s digital assistants. My startup in 2000 had servers in the head office in Gloucestershire and we would work remotely from our London office and our employees worked from home often. I was in my mid-30s then and we were ahead of our time. So tech and AI have been around a long time (remember dot.com anyone?), it hasn't just come into the world. It is moving fast for sure, but I can too. I've been at the Bristol Tech Festival this week and I think it's all about innovation regardless of age. The future of tech will hinge on a partnership between human experience and artificial intelligence. To ensure that tech delivers intuitive and delightful experiences, you need experienced employees who have seen various scenarios play out over time. They’re the ones who can question the AI, sense-check its outputs, and make sure that both customer and candidate experiences remain seamless. As Sheila Callaham points out in her article below Age-Proofing AI, despite hiring biases toward younger workers, mid-career and older employees consistently match or exceed the performance of their younger counterparts, particularly when AI is involved. Experienced workers bring institutional knowledge, which allows them to write better AI prompts, interpret outputs more effectively, and use AI as a complement to their expertise. Companies need to recognise the value of this intergenerational synergy, ensuring that AI doesn’t exacerbate age biases but instead enhances collaboration. The tech industry—and the world—will benefit from experience, not just novelty. Embracing this will pave the way for a future where technology and humans work hand-in-hand https://lnkd.in/efeN6Tpj #TechExperience #AIAndHumans #IntergenerationalWorkforce #AgeAndInnovation #TechForAllAges #AgeInclusion #VoiceRecognition #InclusiveInnovation #ShatteringStereotypes

This article from the Digital Journal discusses the potential of AI as a solution for addressing healthcare worker burnout. It highlights the significant challenges faced by healthcare workers, including heavy workloads, administrative burdens, and emotional stress, which can lead to burnout. The theme of the article suggests that AI technologies such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and robotic process automation can help alleviate these burdens by streamlining administrative tasks, improving workflow efficiency, and enhancing patient care. However, it also acknowledges the need for careful implementation and integration of AI solutions to ensure they effectively support healthcare workers and mitigate burnout. https://lnkd.in/ePS5ADrE #healthcare #healthcareinnovation #healthcareit #healthcareai #ai
