What have been important experiences throughout your journey? "Persistence - I think learning to anticipate that life will not always go the way I want it to has been so important. I know that there is always a way even if it's not the way I intended. Understanding that things don't always go how I envision allows me to focus more on the unfolding of life as opposed to being stuck on how a certain thing has to show up. It's more important to believe things can happen somehow than to focus on how they will happen. Sometimes we don't know how it will unfold and have to focus on the journey." What advice do you have for Mizzou students? "Follow your curiosity even if you have no idea where it will lead you. It is important to like what you do every day and self-awareness is such an important part of figuring out what is for us. Take the time to reflect on your passions and don't focus on a title. : 🎓 Exciting News! 🌟 I'm thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed Value added course L.I.F.E with TA ! 🎉 It was an incredible learning journey, and I'm looking forward to applying my new skills of Transactional Analysis along with psychology. Transactional Analysis helped me to work on ego - state model ,Positions, Life Scripts, Transactions and Strokes, Game. Had many group activities and task which helped to work on effective communication in groups with Empathy. During my time at TA course, I had the opportunity to : - promote personal reflection - helped to find more effective ways to communicate - helped to eliminate unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and actions. The changing job landscape poses unique challenges for Gen Z. Students entering college now will need to be equipped for roles that do not yet exist by the time they graduate. Their adaptability is crucial. This means the focus in guidance conversations must switch from occupation (“doing”) to vocation (“being”). The discipleship must take the form of encouraging students to know and reflect on their identity in Christ amid uncertainties about future careers.
