Struggling to figure out your Myers-Briggs type? 🤔 You're not alone! Many people are confused about whether they're an extrovert or introvert, or whether they're more of a Judger or Perceiver. 🤷♀️ One of the best tools I’ve found to really clarify this is **Truity.com**. 💻✨ It lets you compare personality profiles side by side – so you can see the full picture. 🧐 For example, an ENFJ (The Teacher) and an ENFP (The Champion) are actually quite different when you look at their full profiles. 🧩 ENFJs thrive on structure and mentoring, while ENFPs are all about creativity and inspiration. 🌟 If you're still unsure about your type or need help figuring out which career is right for you, click the link in my bio to speak to a career psychologist! 👩💼🧠 #MBTI #MyersBriggs #mbtipersonality #mbti #PersonalityTypes #CareerGuidance #PersonalityInsights #ENFJ #ENFP #CareerPsychologist #PersonalityTesting #FindYourPath

I wish our schools had also taught us 'how to manage and regulate our emotions'. Imagine how different life would be if we'd learned these skills alongside maths and history! Think about it: - Dealing with exam stress? No problem. - First heartbreak? You'd have tools to cope. - Job interview jitters? You could manage them like a pro. Instead, most of us stumbled into adulthood with no clue how to handle our feelings. We're expected to magically know how to stay calm in traffic, not lose it when our kids push our buttons or keep cool during a work crisis. But here's the thing - it's never too late to learn! I've been working on my emotional regulation, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer. Here are a few tricks I've picked up: - Deep breathing: Sounds simple, but it works wonders in tense moments. - Naming your emotions: Just saying "I'm feeling frustrated" can help you process it better. - The 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique: Look around and name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. It's like a reset button for your brain! What about you? How do you keep your cool when things get heated? Share your tips below - let's build the emotional education we wish we'd had! #emotionaleducation #lifeskillsweneed #emotionalintelligencecoach

🎭 Are you wearing a mask without even realizing it? One of the biggest challenges I see with my clients is differentiating between their real personality and the mask they’ve put on for years. For me, I thought I was a "J" from the MBTI assessment—structured, organized, always in control. I built my whole career around that "fake work personality." But the truth? I’m not really that way. I aligned myself to the wrong type! I developed those traits in childhood to feel safe and in control. 🔍 The key is finding your real personality and aligning your job with who you truly are, not the mask you wear. That’s why working with a career psychologist is so crucial. ✨ Want to discover the real you?
