100+ millions emails sent on Smartlead per day 50,000 business users 200X ROI for their clients 10x growth in a year 7 hours of customer support (every day starting at 6am) Top 4% of the fastest-growing startups You heard me right—these achievements are all thanks to one man: Vaibhav Namburi. Vaibhav is a serial entrepreneur and technical leader, known for building some of the most innovative SaaS platforms, including Smartlead (his most recent & well-known startup), SmartWriter, and Five2One. With a hands-on approach to both engineering and customer support, Vaibhav has scaled Smartlead 10x in just one year, helping over 50,000 businesses streamline their outbound email processes. What impressed me the most? He was the only CS team member who woke up at 6 a.m. every morning to answer questions for seven hours every day, so that he could understand how to deliver a better experience to users. I’m incredibly excited to share Vaibhav’s insights on driving customer-focused growth, rapidly iterating based on feedback, and leveraging content marketing for long-term success. What are people's thoughts on CRMs for scaling startups? I'm helping a friend / founder with a short operational project and would love some input! The company is 2 years old, operates a SaaS model, £2m annual revenues and entering a new stage of growth. They have been using Pipedrive and could continue on this for now if they wanted to keep operational costs lean, it works perfectly well for them and probably will for a good 6 months more. But as part of their growth they will be implementing a new outbound channel and increased marketing function, this includes building out a solid lead gen engine. My thoughts are that they will quite quickly get to a point where something like Hubspot becomes more viable with it's inbuilt marketing / campaign functionality and a bit more customisation available between teams / roles. It also has a few better plugin options. But I'd love to hear your thoughts on what CRMs you've used and if you saw any blockers as you grew that lead to a transition to a new one? Much love #crm #operations #tech

As a product growth consultant, I have met many B2B SaaS startups in the past year. I can say that every startup wants more qualified leads and sales. However, the main problem is that these startups don't know their ideal customer profile and persona very well. Because many companies don't keep the existing data up-to-date, understand, and analyze it. This problem occurs because they don't use their CRMs very well. In order for the sales and marketing funnel to work properly, you should analyse what you have done so far and keep your data in an updated and readable way. Only then can we say that this target market and customer profile are much more suitable for you. Have a good week, everyone!

📈 How we instantly 3X’d positive reply rate with a simple CTA tweak. And you can do the same. 🤔 CURIOSITY 🤔 - is the key concept. Let me explain...👇 You see, most SDRs lean on an overplayed simple CTAs like: - “What does your week look like for a 15 minute call to connect?” - “Can we schedule a demo to show you how our product can solve x for you?” - “Can I send you more info/whitepaper?” - “Interested in learning more? Let’s set up a time to discuss.” - “Can we discuss your needs and see how we can help?” - Etc. 🧀🧀🧀🧀🧀 Those simple CTAs not tied to any value in your cold outreach. Let’s face it Asking for a call directly, asking permission to send a whitepaper or a video, or asking to book a demo - just sounds too pushy and does not add value. The cold outbound game is getting more complex and requires complex solutions… Here is an angle that enabled us to 3X the positive reply rate, it is: “We have done {X work or a deliverable} for you with our team that helps you solve {the problem your prospect has}, I would love to show you how it works. Can I share this with you? There are 2 parts to this: 1 - you are demonstrating proactivity by letting the prospect know that you have already done work/deliverable for them for free that helps them solve something critical 2 - you are asking permission to walk them through it and share it with them If you want an email script template below: - Like the post - Comment “CTA” And I will DM you the link to the template - Must be connected with me. #saas #startups #digitalmarketing #growth #b2b #GTM #outbound #coldemail ----- 🚀 Hey! 🎯 How to choose between Marketing-led or Sales-led for your SaaS?? This is often a very important question I find myself discussing with early startups. Based on what I've seen in my own job, discussions with industry experts, and reviewing literature on the topic, here are the key variables to consider: 💥 Go Marketing-Led/PLG (Product-Led Growth) when: Product price < €1000/month Users can self-onboard in minutes Clear, immediate value proposition Bottom-up adoption pattern High inbound interest CAC below €5000 Sales cycles under 30 days 💥 Choose Sales-Led when: Enterprise-grade solution Complex implementation needed Multiple stakeholders involved High contract value (€50k+) Customization required Compliance-heavy industry Strategic purchase decision 🔑 Pro Tip: The best companies often start with one approach, then layer in the other as they scale. Stripe began product-led but now has a massive enterprise sales team. 💡 Key Question to Ask: Can a customer realize significant value without talking to anyone on your team? If yes → Start marketing-led If no → Start sales-led What's working better for your SaaS company right now? #SaaS #StartupGrowth #ProductLedGrowth #SalesStrategy #BusinessGrowth #TechStartups #B2B
