Thank you NAIOP for hosting! Medium- and heavy-duty freight trucks account for 25% of the US's total greenhouse gas emissions, making this an important sector to decarbonize. The US has committed to 100% zero-emission truck sales by 2040 and is pouring billions of dollars into grants and incentives to support the transition. We discussed the solutions required to build out the necessary infrastructure, and while there are many challenges, it's this type of collaboration that leads to action.
