Questions that start with the following invite an open response: What How, and Tell me more Most people are facing some kind of undercurrent in their lives, and so often we will never know what that may be. Leadership Is Influence! I recently had a conversation with a colleague on Leadership. We discussed our opinions on the qualities of leadership and which qualities we believed we possessed. 🤔 It was refreshing to hear unsolicited affirmations on the qualities I felt I had. And even moreso to hear examples of how they felt I exemplified them. ✅When was the last time someone affirmed your narrative? ✅Did you feel they were being genuine and sincere? ✅How often do you expose yourself to constructive criticism? I want to challenge you to engage in a leadership checkup. Engage a colleague in a conversation wherein you share your thoughts on the matter. Be open minded and ready to listen. #motivatingfactor
