Leadership Is Influence! I recently had a conversation with a colleague on Leadership. We discussed our opinions on the qualities of leadership and which qualities we believed we possessed. 🤔 It was refreshing to hear unsolicited affirmations on the qualities I felt I had. And even moreso to hear examples of how they felt I exemplified them. ✅When was the last time someone affirmed your narrative? ✅Did you feel they were being genuine and sincere? ✅How often do you expose yourself to constructive criticism?
