My first unconference at ProductCamp Amsterdam was incredible! Not only did I get to see Marty Cagan live, but I also had the chance to host one of the largest sessions. Honestly, I didn’t quite know what to expect going in. But when I saw that Marty was speaking, I knew I had to attend. I've been a fan of his work for a decade. His talk on the product operating model was great. I love how he brings together global best practices in a way that’s approachable yet visionary, especially for Dutch companies. The quality of questions and interactions was impressive. Amsterdam really feels like the place to be for product, and the international energy takes the conversations to the next level. And maybe the fact that the event was on a Saturday helped too. People were truly eager to learn and connect. I also took a leap and decided to pitch my own session. With five minutes to prepare, and a bit of support from Amanj Hamid, I went on stage for a Show & Tell on "Product Analytics: Which tools to use, why, and how to integrate them into your processes." The session ended up with the second most votes, so I found myself on the main stage improvising in front of a big audience! I think it went pretty well and it definitely got me excited to share more on this topic. #Product #ProductManagement #PCampAMS

💡 Exciting news from my #ProductManagement journey! 🚀 As part of current PM Fellowship cohort at Product Space, I tackled an intriguing assignment recently – a PRD for Cleartrip to design a feature for Cleartrip App to enhance the experience of their users. It focused on introducing all modes on transportation from flights, bus, train & cabs on one single platform creating unique value proposition. This challenge pushed me to think critically about various aspects.💡 It was an enlightening exercise that truly tested my product documentation skills. 🎯 I'll continue to share my progress and insights here. Feel free to share your thoughts, ideas or feedback! #Learning #ProductManagement #ProductDevelopment

🌟 During a recent conference hosted by ProductSchool, several companies, including Atlassian and Meetup, shared their experiences, hypotheses, and the methods they used to test them, along with the outcomes. Additionally, one of the topics discussed in different sessions was the shift from MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to MVE (Minimum Viable Experience). #ProductDevelopment

🎉 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 Product Space 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁! 🏆 I’m incredibly excited to share that our team has earned the 1st rank in the highly competitive Product Space Capstone Project! This journey has been an amazing experience filled with creativity, collaboration, and a relentless drive to solve real-world challenges. A huge thank you to my key team members Sai Kumar Grandhi and Anuj Sharma for their hard work and dedication. Each of you brought unique perspectives and skills that made this victory possible. We addressed the challenge of declining ride satisfaction and repeat usage at Uber by focusing on the following key areas: ➡️𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 : Enhancement in the app's intuitiveness by offering personalized ride suggestions and automated recurring rides, addressing the need for a more tailored and quicker booking process. ➡️𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 & 𝗘𝗧𝗔 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 : Improvement in the accuracy of ETA estimates by integrating real-time traffic data and providing ongoing updates, resolving the issue of inconsistent arrival times. ➡️𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 : Reduction in the frequency of ride cancellations by introducing premium and subscription plans that offer no-cancellation benefits, providing a more reliable experience for users. ➡️𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 & 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 : Simplification of the feedback process and introduction of a vehicle rating system, making it easier for users to report their experience and stay informed about car conditions. ➡️𝗥𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 : Increase in user retention by gamifying the loyalty rewards system, addressing the lack of incentives and encouraging more frequent use of the service. The feedback and insights from our mentors Akhil Yash Tiwari and Nikita Chouhan were invaluable and helped us refine our approach to deliver something truly impactful. This achievement is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of continuous learning. I'm grateful for the opportunity to apply and expand my skills in such a dynamic and innovative environment. Looking forward to continuing this journey and bringing more innovative solutions to life! #ProductManagement #Innovation #Teamwork #CapstoneProject #Achievement
