This is the stage where we test our hypothesis. We test if our understanding of the product fits among the set people over a set time or not. Or, We try to understand whether the hypothesis is true over a meaningful set of people tested over a period of time. My first unconference at ProductCamp Amsterdam was incredible! Not only did I get to see Marty Cagan live, but I also had the chance to host one of the largest sessions. Honestly, I didn’t quite know what to expect going in. But when I saw that Marty was speaking, I knew I had to attend. I've been a fan of his work for a decade. His talk on the product operating model was great. I love how he brings together global best practices in a way that’s approachable yet visionary, especially for Dutch companies. The quality of questions and interactions was impressive. Amsterdam really feels like the place to be for product, and the international energy takes the conversations to the next level. And maybe the fact that the event was on a Saturday helped too. People were truly eager to learn and connect. I also took a leap and decided to pitch my own session. With five minutes to prepare, and a bit of support from Amanj Hamid, I went on stage for a Show & Tell on "Product Analytics: Which tools to use, why, and how to integrate them into your processes." The session ended up with the second most votes, so I found myself on the main stage improvising in front of a big audience! I think it went pretty well and it definitely got me excited to share more on this topic. #Product #ProductManagement #PCampAMS

I attended ProductCamp Boston this week and it was really amazing ! I particularly enjoyed Gopal Shenoy's talk, which reminded 2 main things, both about messaging. 1. keep in mind that most of the time, users or leads don't care about your product. But, if you have the right message showing them what they would become by using it, what would be their new superpowers, then they might consider buying your product. 2. when you talk with your manager or stakeholders, they might not have a lot of time to give you (same as your users 😅), so be short, sharp and clear. As for your elevator pitch, be straight to the point, provide several options and what would be your personal recommendation. And then only, if you have time, you can get into the details of your chain of thoughts.

🌟 During a recent conference hosted by ProductSchool, several companies, including Atlassian and Meetup, shared their experiences, hypotheses, and the methods they used to test them, along with the outcomes. Additionally, one of the topics discussed in different sessions was the shift from MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to MVE (Minimum Viable Experience). #ProductDevelopment
