It's clear Ye Olde Ways of content marketing, especially SEO content marketing plays, are no longer gonna work in this post-SEO AI era. But I haven't seen such a crisp articulation of the (possible) New Way before this piece: the most valuable human-generated content may be "frontier content, which is a combination of exclusive, original information delivered quickly along with individual perspectives and experiences." Good frontier content that meets all of those criteria will successfully influence "what's in the mind of the AI" (also a Rauch phrase), an increasingly urgent mission for product and brand owners. So, you are using AI to generate content... How’s that working out? And what will Google think? If you’re considering or using AI-generated content, ask your marketing teams or agencies to review it. Why? Because AI-generated content almost always lacks the unique perspective that humans bring to writing. If you’re writing about business strategy, for example, your AI-generated content needs to be more than a word salad. You should overlay expertise, add case studies and expert advice, or embed relevant social posts or videos. AI content isn’t going anywhere, but as more people use it, the only way to stand out is by injecting your brand voice and expertise.
