Messy vs. Right This is one of the most impactful things I (re)learned from my mentors at High Performing Coach when I started my coaching business. What a liberation, what well-being it is to free oneself from a perfectionism that can sometimes kill action. Messy vs. Right ☑️You email your manager—it's not perfectly right, but the main brilliant, no doubt—solution is there! ☑️You don't find your LinkedIn video up to your expectations—the impactful message is here; your voice is authentic—go and post! ☑️You are not 100% ready for your interview—good news. You can't control everything—breathe, smile, and listen powerfully during your interview. Don't wait to be right. Give it a go! Take action. Energy and confidence will come back. And a special message for the future LinkedIn Top Voice Daphne Poirier, I can't wait to read your post today!!!! How does it resonate with you? Share your thoughts in the comments! #lastnightacoachsavedmylife #action #eleonoremoreaucoaching

I see countless motivational posts about interview preparation and learning algorithms, but how many of us truly resonate with them? 🤔 How many take that spark of inspiration and use it to fuel their own journey?😚 It's not enough to simply consume content; the true value lies in taking action, planning your path, and committing to the hard work that success demands.😇 For those who genuinely want to inspire and mentor others, it’s a two-way street. Their guidance becomes meaningful only when you, the reader, decide to take it seriously, apply it to your own life, and create your own success story. 🤗 So, let’s move beyond just reading motivational posts. Let’s take that advice to heart, chart our own course, and then share our achievements with the community. That’s where the real impact lies—when inspiration turns into action, and action into success.🚀 Like and Share your thoughts in comments below!👇 Connect with Anshika Sinha for more such insightful posts! 💁♀️ #personaldevelopment #motivation #inspirations

"𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙗𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨!” Receiving feedback about how a client feels empowered after 1: 1 coaching is why I do what I do. This morning, I started working with a new client who’s preparing to present to 3,000 people in the US this November. After just one session, the transformation in his thinking was profound. We restructured his speech, refined his content, and strengthened his delivery approach. The result? A renewed sense of clarity and confidence. Here’s what he had to say: “𝙆𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮, 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝. 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙗𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨!” (Daniel, Enterpreneur) If you’re preparing for a presentation, interview, or important meeting and need clarity and confidence, let’s chat. Everyone’s got an opinion about how you should be doing things. And there’s always someone out there who might be doing it better than you. In our most recent interview, coach Renée DeVore shares more about how she avoids the comparison trap by blocking out the outside noise and focusing on her values, strengths, and belief system. As long as your values are aligned with your work, you’re most likely doing something right! 🤔 Why Less is More in Asking Questions Ever found yourself using questions to showcase your knowledge? Guilty as charged! 🙋♂️ I used to cram my questions with info and context to prove/telegram my expertise under the umbrella that they might not get what I’m asking about. But guess what? It backfired. My questions became hard to follow, long and I came off as a know-it-all. 😅 Here's what I learned: - Keep it Simple: Ask clear, concise questions. - Stay Humble: Focus on genuine curiosity, not showing off. - Foster Dialogue: Simple questions lead to better, more engaging conversations. Next time, try asking straightforward questions. You'll get better answers and keep the conversation flowing smoothly. 🌊 Have you ever caught yourself doing this? Share your experiences below! 👇 #Communication #ProfessionalGrowth #coaching #interviewing

Please take a watch and leave me a comment (or send me a DM) on what you think about videos like this. I'm thinking about posting clips like this once every two weeks in new year. Are they of interest to people? Huge thanks to Stephen Murphy for recording this with me and sharing his thoughts with the world about Presenting Virtually. #VirtualPresentations #ImpactfulPresenting #OnlinePresentationSkills
