  • “The most wonderful time of the year”… or is it? We’re all aware of how the transition of seasons, the holidays, and moving into a new year can make for a stressful time. That’s why it’s important to make sure you’re taking time to reflect and recharge (as much as possible) during the seasonal chaos. In our recent interview, Ambrose reminds us how easy it is to get caught up in the stress and feel disconnected from yourself and the moment without taking a pause to reflect. • When Stress Management + Wellness Coach Bianca Paige Smith posted about environmental stress, it caught Moriah’s attention—it was something she thought she might be experiencing. Moriah and Bianca met on a call to discuss their membership communities and get to know each other. But very quickly, they went deeper. Bianca walked Moriah through some strategies to manage environmental stress, which really opened her eyes to how much her perception matters. Bianca reminded Moriah of the importance of collecting data that could support a new story about her experience and help shift her perception. Bianca’s new membership community is called “A Place To Be.” It includes a comprehensive stress management program, movement practices, and workshops—including live events. She has a pre-sales offer for beta members in December and January. You can join for just $15/ month while resources are still being added to the platform. If you’re also interested in beating procrastination or finding flow in your work, consider attending a complimentary session with the Vibe High Coworking Club. We meet every Wednesday at 11 AM ET—DM us for details or to sign up for an upcoming call!

  • Ever thought of cancelling, but a little voice said, 'Keep the commitment'? We’ve been inviting friends and new connections to try a free session with the Vibe High Coworking Club. A couple of hours before a recent call, one of the guests messaged to say he almost bailed but changed his mind. Why? Accountability to the commitment itself. He jokingly called it "accountabiliception". It meant holding himself accountable before the call. It was a little nudge to keep himself on track. When we decide to show up, we’re committing to ourselves and to the work we set out to do. For those new to body-doubling on coworking calls: it's a popular ADHD productivity strategy. Working alongside someone else, even virtually, can boost focus and reduce procrastination. In our coworking calls, we work independently on our own tasks. We share what we'll work on at the start and celebrate progress and accomplishments at the end. It’s ideal for deep work or those tasks that keep getting pushed back. Interested in trying it out? You’re invited to join us for a complimentary session, no strings attached. We meet every Wednesday at 11 AM ET – comment below or reach out to Moriah if you'd like to join us for an upcoming call!

  • "Group Programs should be referable, profitable, and repeatable." - Kerry Dobson October was a busy month with lots of education and networking. Moriah regrouped with Kerry and got some helpful downloads. Kerry is a Group Program Architect. She works with authors, coaches, and thought leaders. She's also the host of "The Great Revolution Private Podcast." Accountability in group programs helps reduce drop-off rates and improve client results. Last month, Moriah began connecting with group program coaches to share about benefits such as this and how she adds value as a fractional group program coach. She also delivered "Beat Procrastination + Achieve Focus with Body-Doubling" for Coaches BBQ, where she shared the benefits of body-doubling and explained how we use it in the Vibe High Coworking Club. The Coworking Club is a community of coaches, consultants, and small business owners. We meet weekly on Wednesdays for introvert-friendly, virtual co-working sessions. These sessions are an opportunity for you to focus on deep work and find your flow state. 👀 If you'd like to attend a complimentary session and try it out, comment "FOCUS" below or DM Moriah. Finish the last quarter of the year off strong + dedicate time to deep work so you can check some things off that list 📝

  • How to get off the Struggle Bus and get into Flow State… If you’re constantly procrastinating or struggling to focus on important tasks, you’re definitely not alone.  Many of us face these challenges but there is a simple and powerful strategy that can help you work through them - body-doubling! Body-doubling involves working alongside someone else, either in person or virtually, to create a sense of accountability and promote sharper focus. It’s a method that’s been gaining popularity, especially in the form of coworking calls, where individuals come together on a video call to work independently alongside each other and celebrate productivity. In this month’s blog, we share how this strategy can boost your focus, reduce distractions, and fuel your motivation.

  • When we first started working with Ambrose Wilson-Brown, his coaching business was running organically with lots of clients and loads of interest in his coaching and speaking services. However, as he put it, the business was being run by the seat of his pants. Ambrose found himself saying yes a lot, and taking on projects without clear time commitments. He often found a lack of clarity around mutual expectations. And, sometimes, procrastination got in the way of taking action. He really wanted to build out the mental performance and mindfulness side of his brand, streamline and systematize his processes including those for lead generation and speaking engagement inquiries, and find a way to package his curriculum. Now, Ambrose has updated branding and an awesome new website (kudos to our colleague Monica Bellini), a functional lead and client tracking system, a comprehensive LinkedIn lead development strategy with virtual assistant support in place, a detailed process for speaker inquiries, a smooth speaking client onboarding process, and plans underway to launch a Deep Health Coaching Cohort early in the new year. How did we get him here? We created accountability by meeting twice weekly to ensure Ambrose was taking action on his biggest priorities. We provided a framework for effective enrollment calls, a tracking document for Ambrose’s clients and leads, a template speaker agreement that provided clarity around mutual obligations and expectations, consulting on best practices for consulting and partnerships and more. Ambrose has remained committed to the work and to continuous improvement with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset! As a result, Ambrose is poised to take his business to the next level and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be a part of his growth and journey. Thank you, Ambrose!
