Resistance robs you of your confidence. I’ve delivered more than 30,000 videos (always 3 minutes or less) to busy doctors I want to help. My toughest video? My first video. For the past 4 1/2 years, I’m averaging a 76.1% engagement rate when sending personalized videos to busy doctors. My most successful video: “Dr. Scratch & Sniff, I thought this would be a more personalized way to share that we help surgeons like you avoid the money pit of traditional marketing, attract more ideal patients, and monetize their relationships with med tech. Worth a chat?” - - - LITERALLY and FIGURATIVELY, I’m “banking” on the fact that I’m the only person telling busy doctors - “instead of meeting face-to-face, why don’t I just tell you how we solve problems for surgeons like you with these 1 and 2 minutes videos and when our solution becomes a priority, you let me know.” - - - We created Virtual Sales Rx for the 7% of med tech sales enablement teams that want to be different, increase engagement, and build trust, virtually.

What happens when the sales pitch you perfected no longer gets you in the door with physicians? This is now reality with very few physicians granting meetings. It’s only going to get worse. What can you do to change that? Well, you have to engage in different methods to create know like and trust. How about you try this: Create a personalized video about your product or service and show the value to their patients. That’s it! Don’t spew 3 minutes of features and benefits. Just one huge value prop that you would have told them in person. Try this with several physicians and see how it resonates. Will it? Absolutely, and you may not know at first but it will. When you get a thumbs up 👍, or a “Come see me” it’s so much easier to tell the gatekeeper, “Dr. XYZ asked me to come by and see them today”. Try it and see how it helps!
