Follow me. I'm Abs. I'm the global Head of Marketing for Epoch. So we've got a really exciting role. It's a high impact role. It's for the head of CRM position. There's the opportunity to work with millions of customers across multiple markets. We've got 20 old markets and growing all the time. And the role is ready to lead the CRM team And then take our CRM program, which is already established, but sort of take it to the next level of high impact, high visibility rule actually goes across B2C and B2B customers in fact, as well as industry. So it actually does have exposure to all parts of the business and CRM is a real key growth driver for us, for the for the business and it's a key part of the marketing, which is why this is such a critical role you have like do tend to have like. Pretty high expectations and do I have high? I probably do have high expectations, yes. I think not just from a business standpoint, but from a leadership standpoint, yes. I think providing that level of leadership to the rest of the team because what we're trying to achieve here is sort of a once in a lifetime thing really speaking. You know, it's like not every day that you get an opportunity to really build and scale a business globally. And so you need sort of a very high level of commitment from a leadership standpoint, that motivation standpoint. We really have to be someone that's sort of both being able to be hands on. Roll up your sleeves when you can get it, when you need to do that, but then also provide that leadership and the vision and the strategy as well. So certainly not someone that is only managing the team.
