Careers are swiggly🪱! Like all starts we stumble and fall till we start catwalking. So the best way to measure progress is over a period of time. As we reach the end of the year, here are my reflection on the last five years: Progressed through five different roles within three multinational companies 👩🔧Elevated from consulting to operator to corporate M&A- each day was new 🚝Stepped up from an individual contributor to a business unit lead. 🦋Increased interface with CXOs and greater accountability 🛫Boarded 30 flights in one quarter (humble flex) 🛜Expanded networks by showing up at startup-investor events be it GFF (Global Fintech Festival) in Singapore or WINPE (Women in PE) in Bangalore. 🏝️Grounded life with interests in meditation, workout, scuba(certified )+ more 🌏Joined a fellowship with an incredible global cohort. Exciting news to follow. Grant Thornton (US) and KPMG introduced me to unicorns and large funds but the credit for catapulting my growth goes to my team at InCorp India. How much has happened in the last five years, it broke me and made me.. can’t wait for the next year ! I know it will be bigger challenges, new learnings, more people and more fun. What was your aha moment in the last five years? Would love to know! #NewYear #Careers #Job #Gratitute #Thanksgiving
